After spending 16 years in healthcare working in the operating room, I decided one day that I wanted to help people in a different way. I wanted to help them avoid surgery or perhaps assist them in their recovery. My husband and I both decided to become Massage Therapists. I chose to focus on relaxation and stress relief. So many times, people let stress build up in their lives. Stress can cause physical pain and emotional distress if left unaddressed. It is my belief that regular massage, coupled with aromatherapy and other modalities can help my clients avoid or even correct the negative effects of everyday life. My goals for my clients involve relief of pain, stress, and an improvement in mobility and circulation. Most of all I want my clients to leave my table with a sense of wellness that will carry them through the rest of whatever adventures life has in store.
