Krystal is a Master Stylist and Owner of Krystal Rose Salon. She has been in the
beauty business for over 20 years and absolutely love what she does. She is an
expert colorist with a passion for balayage and root melts, She is certified in
Keratin treatments and the Aviva Spray tan technique, and excels at updo styling
for your wedding or any other special occasion. She is Barbacide certified.
Krystal is up for any challenge that gets the creative juices flowing, and her
favorite thing about her job is giving each client the gift of confidence and feeling
beautiful when they leave her chair. A client selfie, social media shout out, and/or
referral are the biggest compliments she could receive.
Her passion for the beauty industry started at a young age. She would fix her
dolls and make them “pretty” and cut her sister’s hair when she was just 5 years
old. Her dream was always to not just be behind the chair but to own her own full-
service salon and spa. She strives to never stop learning and growing, and is
always looking to better herself in and out of the salon.
The journey to realizing her dream started when she became the salon manager
at Ulta Beauty in Warwick. In the 5 and a half years that she held this position,
she took the understaffed, struggling, corporate salon and turned it into a fully
staffed and thriving business. She approached this challenge head first with
passion and drive, and while she took pride in what she had accomplished, she
knew she needed to move on to both continue her personal growth and to get
closer to her ultimate goal. After leaving Ulta, she rented a chair for 3 years,
which gave her a small taste of owning her own business, but it just wasn’t
enough. Besides doing hair, she always had a strong desire to help others
flourish and grow, and knew that opening her own salon would achieve all of that
and more. In March of 2019 she finally took the leap, and Krystal Rose Salon
was born.
Krystal Rose Salon opened with a staff of 9 talented professionals. They have
and will continue to grow as a team, which most recently (September, 2021)
includes adding another 1000 square feet of space for Krystal Rose Skin and
Wellness studio. They have added more services and more talented staff! Krystal
is finally living out her dream not only through herself but also through her team.
Krystal would not be where she is today without them! She loves all of her clients
