  Crystal healing is a holistic and natural therapy that taps into the energetic power of crystals and how they affect the body and mind. A crystal therapist will place healing crystals on or around a client to help unblock, focus and direct energy

• IONIC FOOT BATHS (30 MINS)

  $25

  An ionic foot detox is said to work by pulling the toxins out of your body through your feet. The detox continues to alkalize the body up to 48 hours after the treatment, via urination and sweat, which is an added benefit. One should not eat/drink acidic foods after a treatment, to help better facilitate the detox process. Other scientifically measured effects of this detox, besides alkalization, are said to possibly lower blood sugar levels and lower cholesterol levels. It’s important to aid in your body’s alkalizing process. However,  It's important to know ,You can’t just come in and ‘get fixed’. You have to take ownership in your health. 

• Customized Full Body Massage

You can expect a warm and safe environment in which I will employ my training and expertise in Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques. By adjusting pressure and technique this treatment is designed by collaboration to reach and hopefully surpass your expectations.

  Want to Enhance your massage and encourage a higher level of benefit from your treatment? Add Aromatherapy and/or Hot Stone to your session. Adding Aromatherapy to your session means that I will enhance your massage cream using one of a selection of therapeutic essential oils provided by Young Living®. Adding Hot Stone to your session will help me melt away that stress and help loosen up those painful knots. Can’t decide…..let’s do both!! It’s your massage.

• 30 Minute Upper Body

  $50 per session

  Head. Neck. Shoulders. Between computers, cell phones and everyday existence, just about everyone carries the weight of the world in their upper body. With this 30min treatment I will use a combination of massage, focused stretching and hot stone to help alleviate some of that burden.
