• Customized Full Body Massage

  Want to Relax? Great! Need some problem areas worked on? You got it! Together we will plan a massage treatment to suit your needs. You can expect a warm and safe environment in which I will employ my training and expertise in Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques. By adjusting pressure and technique this treatment is designed by collaboration to reach and hopefully surpass your expectations.

• Upgraded Treatment

  Want to Enhance your massage and encourage a higher level of benefit from your treatment? Add Aromatherapy and/or Hot Stone to your session. Adding Aromatherapy to your session means that I will enhance your massage cream using one of a selection of therapeutic essential oils provided by Young Living®. Adding Hot Stone to your session will help me melt away that stress and help loosen up those painful knots. Can’t decide…..let’s do both!! It’s your massage.

• 30 Minute Upper Body

  $50 per session

  Head. Neck. Shoulders. Between computers, cell phones and everyday existence, just about everyone carries the weight of the world in their upper body. With this 30min treatment I will use a combination of massage, focused stretching and hot stone to help alleviate some of that burden.

• Reiki

  30min/$50 - 60min/$85

  A reiki session involves the practitioner laying their hands on or over certain points of the client’s fully clothed body as they relax on the table. Reiki activates or enhances a person’s natural healing process, balancing energy and thus allowing the body to heal itself. Benefits of Reiki: Relieves stress and tension, improves sleep/insomnia, reduces anxiety, aids with pain management, increases energy, soothes digestion, strengthens immune system.

• Reflexology

  30min/$50 - 60min/$85 - 75min/$100 - 90min/$125

  Reflexology , an integrated health practice, maps a reflection of the body predominately on the feet, hands and outer ears. It uses unique manual techniques to deliver pressure to neural pathways assisting the body to function optimally. Reflexology is an ancient technique that dates back over 5000 years. Modern Reflexology was founded in the early 1900’s by Dr. William Fitzgerald. Benefits of Reflexology: Stimulates circulation, induces relaxation, aids digestion/constipation, relieves migraines, relieves stress, relieves menstrual issues, helps regulate body functions, helps relieve sinusitis/congestion, has a direct rejuvenating effect on the face.

• Foot Reflexology

  Soft music plays in the background and you are fully clothed on the table except your feet. Aromatherapy may be used as you relax and your reflex points on the feet are worked.

• Facial Reflexology

  Soft music is played while delivering pressure to the reflex points on the face. This helps stimulate the body and helps to improve circulation, which encourages the release of toxins from the body. Facial Reflexology should be avoided if pregnant, or a 3 week wait time after Botox or facial fillers or 3 months after a face lift.

• Hand Reflexology

  Soon to come: April 2024. The reflexes on the feet are also represented on the hands. Some people prefer to have reflexology on their hands if they do not like having their feet touched.

• Zone Facelift

  Soon to come: May 2024. This is facial reflexology where certain crystal tools are used along with the hands to apply pressure to stimulate and apply pressure to the reflex points.
